the only one i could find is TM-U220 , which falls under the TM-U200 series, as stated in this link.. i i advise you to get in contact with Epson directly , as they are the only ones who can assist you with this issue..

Sounds as if the format is wrong. You must set the paper format in the PC wordprocessor or invoicing software to the same size as the actual paper size of the invoice.

reinstall its driver from its disk or epsons site

theres no platen gap lever/adjuster on those type of printer which are normally found on dot-matrix printers

try a self test print(hold feed and power up) if the printer still does not print check the ribbon to make sure it is inserted correctly. If it is still does not print it could be the printhead or pressure setting. you could also try printing with carbon paper to see if the pins in the printhead are striking the paper.

if the printer is still not marking the paper you may need to replace the printhead or printhead cable.
