Question about Acer NSK8458AN Keyboard
Check to see if any keys are stuck, sometimes when a key is stuck you can get a keyboard buffer overflow error.
Try plugging in an external keyboard to see if the problem is bypassed.
Try plugging in an external mouse to see if the problem is bypassed.
If these two problems are fixed via plugging in external keyboards and mice then
The cable connecting the keyboard to the computer may not be plugged in properly or there may be dust in the connectors. Check them before taking drastic measures.
