Question about Computers & Internet
Have you logged into the router through your internet connection? If you bring your browser up, enter: 220.127.116.11. That will bring up a menu for you to select from. When you login look for 2 things, 1) in the upper right corner it should say, status of connection - connected. Then it will ask you for a password. You don't need a password to enter this setup, so just hit enter. After that go to the section: Changing Passwords: Here you have 3 choices:
1)make sure the password you already entered coincides with this one.
2) you can change your password
3) or you can clear that box out and have no password.
Let me know if that works.
