Problem for Sharp AM-900 All-In-One Laser Printer
I can't reinstall my Sharp AM-900

My printer wouldn't work. The copier and fax part of it work but it would not print from my computer so I though maybe I will uninstall it and reinstall it. When I reinstalled it it reinstalled the fax machine but it says it can not detect the printer. Could it just be that the USB cord has gone bad? Is that possible?

Yes that is possible. Did you plugged the usb cable during driver installation ? During driver installation the usb cable must not be plugged. after the installation step asks you plug it in, then you plugged it. If not, the system wont recognized your printer. Be sure to uninstalled the previous installation before you re-install the driver
