My MOTOROLA BLACK V3 GSM Screen Went Blank!(black)
I bought my phone on ebay.com and I just used it for one week and the morning alarm went off, I turned it off, and then when I was going to used the phone the screen was black, and also I can not make outgoing calls but I can received incoming calls.?
At first I tought it was the battery, but I borrowed someones battery and there was no difference shown in my phone.
Is this fixable?
Can I fix it my self or do I have to go to a special store or shop to fix it?

I bought this cell phone off ebay thru a hong kong dealer what a mistake. This is the second phone they shipped me but not without extra expense for me and now this phone screen went blank in 1 day after receiving it. I just plan on sending it back and filing a complaint on ebay.
Seems like these cell phones need to be RECALLED.
this problem has probably occured due to the phone being knocked. i used to have a motorola l7 slvr and it did exactly the same, i found that if you hit the back of the phone fairly hard the screen would come back on. im not sure if it is the same for the razr but hey its worth a try. ti be honest i think motorola are terrible mobile phone manufacturers but great 2way radio manufacturers
ok... I thought that might have happened. Good luck with the claim. Let us know how it went. Really, he should be the one trying to contact the other user. That's just good business practices. After all, it was his mistake, not yours.
Well i suggest that you take the case of your phone and have a look at your screen maybe some of the screws have gone missing or the screen has just worn itself out? . Note youll need a t6 or t7 torx screwdriver to do this , hope i helped
this could be a couple of problems. A it could be a software problem and could be fixed by updating your software on motorola.com. Otherwise it be a blown antenna. Just for you future refference, unless it's from a phone company or wireless provider Online is a terrible place to get anything to do with cell phones. In fact, there is often times more counterfiet and defective items available than legitimate. eBay is actually the worst for this.
