I've checked the connection, and it's fine. I've contacted my internet provider, no help. I contacted microsoft AND Dell, and they both were gonna' charge me like $60 to help. Can't afford that right now. Any other ideas? I'd sure appreciate anything you can suggest. Thanks.

Problem may be with internet connection,

Try Restarting the system one or two time and check.
check whether the network cables are properly connected.
check whether the DNS Server addresses are correct.
check about the proxy setting enabled, if your using it.
check whether modem is working properly.

Try giving this command in command prompt. i.e.,
Go to Run-- type "cmd" you will get command prompt. There you type "ping google.com or yahoo.com" if your getting "Request timed out " or "Destination host not reachable" then the problem is with your Internet Provider side.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Internet explorer cannot display webpage

If you were able to post this question online from the computer in question, you have internet access. If this was posted from another computer, you don't have access at all so contact your internet provider. If it was posted from that computer, a trip to the store for it to be checked for corruption and/or viruses/malware is recommended. If you want someone to remotely access your computer to help, internet access is necessary so you need to determine that first.

Cannot access a site although have put in browser, to acitvate it, have been having error page 403, gone into browser but still will not allow access to stite requested.

HTTP Error 403 is an error message which means that you are not authorized to view the web page which you are attempting to load. Usually, the HTTP error 403 - Forbidden means that access to the file/folder you are trying to open has been denied, either on intention or owing to a configuration anomaly. You could attempt using a proxy website if the access is blocked intentionally.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Try to check if the connection you have from the internet is suffecient to load a page in your browser.Cause sometimes the reason why the page cannot display is because of a slow and insuffecient internet connections  Then if it has a suffecient connection then try to open the browser options and try to see the security or the privacy options and try to see the cookies if it is enable.

I cannot use my internet explorer

Open explorer

click tools

click advanced tab

click reset & apply

now go to security tab and make sure they are all at default (press each icon, there are 4, and make them default if not already set as)

restart explorer.

if problem persistes them it's most likely your firewall.

Let me know how it goes?

Cheers
