Question about GE Spectra JBP78 Electric Kitchen Range
When opening the oven after cooking, the whole kitchen fills up with steam / moisture. How do we stop this?

In order for the oven to work air must circulate. You may have noticed the door seal does not meet at the bottom. Air enters there and exits the chimney located in the console area. Hot air meets cooler surfaces equals condensation. Some foods have more moisture than others.
