Question about Computers & Internet
Hi getting problem with xp pro:you may be victim of software counterfeiting, but mine was genuine and don't know how it causes it
Hi there. Sounds like it could be a malware virus that gives you false alerts. Run a virus scan using your own software. I would also download and install Windows Defender from Microsoft, update it, and then run a scan in Safe Mode. If neither of these come up with anything, then I would try Windows Live OneCare Safety Scanner. Just click on this link, and click Full Service Scan:
If none of the above work, and you believe that you have a genuine copy of XP, give Microsoft customer services a call, they will ask you for your Windows Key and can check that it is.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
