This is just a shot in the dark, but if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself to factory default settings. Just a guess. If you have an owners manual, I would check there to find how to solve the problem. You might want to enter the "menu" if there is one, and discover whether you can solve the problem there. If you don't have an owner's manual, you might be able to find one at the printer manufacturer's website in the support section.
None that I know of. Just make sure that the flap is facing down when using the bypass tray, I can't remember if the flap must go towards the rear or front. I believe, when you put an envelope in the bypass tray, you will also have to follow the prompts to make sure that you indicate on the display that an envelope is being used.
im assuming your talking about the upper roller in the fuser? if so you need to take the unit out 2 silver screws on top looking back at you. and replace the unit try ebay. those rollers are very difficult to do
