After the welcome screen from T-mobile, the main menu doesnt show up. Once i recieve a call, then the main menu shows up. I also get unregistered SIM card sometimes

I would sign out uninstall the app reinstall and sign back in, if that doesnt work contact your app admin which is SBI

If serial number doesnt shoe completely it might probably due to corrupted files or virus on the phone, It happens to me before and i suggest to reset your phone to factory setting so in that way it will go back to its original setting, However pls take note that files and save information will be deleted by doing this.
Please see below instruction for getting serial number and How to reset your phone:

To enter in the secret menu in Nokia Phone.
On the main screen type *#92702689# [*#war0anty#]
It will take you to a secret menu where you may find some of the information below:
1. Displays Serial Number.
2. Displays the Month and Year of Manufacture
3. Displays (if there) the date where the phone was purchased (MMYY)
4. Displays the date of the last repair - if found (0000)
5. Shows life timer of phone (time passes since last start)

To restore Factory Settings for Nokia mobile
*#7780# reset to factory settings.

Then on the handset enter pin 0000 then menu button

If the phone is branded then it probably needs to be unlocked. Is there another service provider written on the case?

If you are on the navigation screen, (showing a route), just tap the screen once and you should be in the menu screen

dear its software problem..............you have to jst go to any shop and tell them to reinstall your mobile software....

1. perhaps LCD is faulty
2. Software reload may also solve the problem if LCD is OK.

If you are talking about the Main Menu that shows only 5 icons, tap change preferences, then show all menu options. From there you will see all the icons and menus that are available for your One. Thanks for using Fixya!

you seem card does not seem to be active that is the only way you will get that prompt of unregistered sim.

So contact your mobile provider and query your card
