Just shopped Costo yesterday, purchased a ton of meat did not feel like dividing last evening so I had my daughter place it all in the fridge for the night. Just went down to the basement and the door was left open about an inch and it is all room temperature now!!!!! Is it even worth considering eating now or do I bite the bullet and throw it all out?

The safest thing to do would be to throw it away.
If it was me, I'd do the old smell test to see if it is still OK.
I'd be especially wary of ground meat.
If you have a sensitive stomach or are prone to food poisoning I would not eat it.
It will ultimately have to be your call.

I did get ground meat, chicken and pork tenderloin. The ground meat definately started to "change color" but the rest of it looks fine, but it was actually almost warm to the touch! I even had almost a case of beer in there too!
