Question about Philips GoGear SA5285/37 Digital Media Player
Hey, i linked my philips GoGear SA52XX up to my cusins iTunes to get some music and videos from him and when it was downloading into my device i accedently unpluged the cord from the device and i lost all my music and videos and pictures. It said no files when ever i went to my music and then it froze so i had to reset it and then when i reset it the a screen came up that said free up to 10 mb to reset device. so i hooked it up to my computer and it says all the music is there but when i try to look at it on my device it frezzes when i go to music. idk what to do to fix it. please help.
Yeah you need to format it then reset the device if that does not work try charging it.
