- I installed a new tape reel and now it won't print on the tape. The tape reels out blank. I bought the same tape refill. I've checked the batteries and loading instructions many times. What could be going wrong. - GuestMay 12, 2008

mayb you just need to connect it right and follow the instructions if not possible then get technical suport
