Cuisinart DLC-85 Pro Custom 11 Cups Food Processor. Checked motor as recommended, works fine. Put together as instructed, turned on and when I press the pulse button it turns it off. Help will be appreciated. Bought new at Cosco and didn't save the sales receipt. What do I do now?

- Whenever I use Pulse for about 10 - 20 cycles or run the machine for about 1 minute it will turn itself off. I thought this was a built in function to protect the motor however i couldn't find anything in the user manual. - Guest

Whoops, when putting together I failed to insert the feeder cup. When I did that it worked! I should have more carefully followed the assembly instructions. Thanks for your help. What a great web site
