Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How to block websites

you cannot block web sites as they only come up when you select them
what can blocked are popups and you do that by opening the search page ( google or what ever ) and up in the top right hand section of the tool bar you will see 3 dots
click on them then select the settings tab and unclick addons and any other thing else that you don't want
those 3 dots are you gateway to controlling what you allow on your web pages
any site that has a sign that wants you to allow add-ons or popup you ignore or do not allow as that is hackers method of following your keystrokes on your computer

Everytime wen i try to open the web page ,the hacker comes along with the title bar....

this is all fake .. its not the hacker . its the virus that someone send you for this purpose use Mozilla Firefox..it scans each and every document , mail and keeps away from spam. if you are scared of hackers .. install anti hacking softwares.. but they will make your pc heavy than ever

Rahul the hacker is always in my web page pls save.........

  1. Follow these malware removal protocols (at least first 4 steps) to scan your system and remove malware it finds. Then update the system at Windows Update.
  2. Run Chkdsk to look for file corruption. (instructions here and here) (See the results in winlogon entry in event viewer after it runs.)
  3. Make sure you have installed and are using an up to date AV program. (For free AV, see Avira or Avast)
  4. Make sure Windows Defender is installed and running on your system.
  5. Update your web browser to IE 8.
  6. Do some maintenance by following this article and/or this article.
  7. Finally, depending on the degree to which your system has been compromised, see this article and the links within it and make a judgement about whether you'll need to consider a reinstall of the OS.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Title bar rahul the hacker

Click on Start >> select Run, type "regedit" without the quotes and press Ok. Registry Editor will launch. Expand the HKEY_CURRENT_USER hive, expand the software hive, expand Microsoft, expand Internet Explorer and then click on Main. In the right hand key look for the string named Window Title, double click on it and change the caption to whatever you want. Delete this string in case you want to set it to default.

Please rate this solution in case you find it helpful, if it doesnot resolve your issue, please post a comment and I shall try to post other solution.

About rahul the hacker

This is a redirecting website.
what you need to do, is go into your control panel.
start, settings, control panel.
Click on internet options,
Under the general tab
you should have that website there.
Just delete what is in there and type the homepage you want in there.
Then select the apply tab and ok.
That should resolve your issue.
Hope this helps!
