Question about Toshiba Office Equipment & Supplies
When I turned on the Toshiba E3511/4511 copier an error message displayed in the window: 'Check the color toner cartridge' The copier stops there and does not completely start up. I pulled out all the cartridges, shook them a little and placed them back in their slots (did this about 4 times). I turned off the copier, waited 10 seconds then restarted it. Still the same message came up. Suggestions PLEASE? Thank You Very Much.... Busy Doctors Office in PA.
Try to take out all the color toner.. And start the machine... If
machine can startup properly, it will ask u to insert toner one by
