If bootmgr is missing..your computer wont turn on....you have to now reinstall the operating system. you can try with the inbuilt system recovery..or you can use a os cd to do that.
Toshiba does not support XP with your model. You will need to do a google search for your hardware and see if the manufatcurer of the device carries a driver for your needs.
