Lost USB Cable, Dont Know Where to Find Replacement

I can't seem to find the USB cable or original packing materials for my Cyber-shot DSC-S60. Workaround is an adapter for the memory stick, but I forgot to plug it back in to the camera. Took pictures that I can't transfer to the stick OR my PC because I don't have the cable. Suggestions? Thanks.

I need a replacement transfer cable for a DSC-560 Sony camera. I'd appreciate advice on where to find this. Thanks.

I would try a camera store, they usually carry stock of various cable attachments and other odds and ends.

Does anyone know where they sell usb cables for the sony cyber shot dsc-s60?

OK, you will be able to buy this cable at any camera store, because the ports on most of the cameras is micro USB, hence, just take your camera to the store, let them see the port, and they will give you a new cable.

Kind regards

I need a USB cable that connects from my camera (sony cybershot DSC-S60) to my computer. Where can I find one?

I have a better solution! (I had the same problem & searched for 2 months). Go to OfficeMax and buy a "Pocket Reader/Writer" for around $15. Plug in your memory stick and transfer your photos. Easy. Fits a lot of different cameras.

Would you like to open your pictures from your Sony Cybershot to your computer? Your cybershot cam is usually plug and play so you dont need a software for that. All you do is to plug in your camera to your computer's usb port using the usb cable. When the computer detected the new usb device, open a Windows Explorer. Right click your windows Start button, and choose Explore. From the list of Drives from the left, you need to find the Drive letter associated with your camera. Just click on that and it will show you the files on the right. The pictures are located somewhere inside those folders. You just need to click and drag them to your computer's local drive.

Should you have any questions, please let me know. Good luck!

USB Cable

Hold the camera as if you were taking a picture. Turn it to the left so the skinny side is towards you. At the top, the is a small place that says, "DC IN." Use your finger to pull down at the top of this area. That's it.
