Question about Kenmore 24 in. 15173 Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher
At the end of every cycle there is cloudy water in the bottom of dishwasher about level with heating elements. I pushed drain button and you hear washer doing something but the water is still there after 2minute cycle completes. Water does not overflow during numerous normal wash cycles. This dishwasher was not used for six months prior to returning home.
Simple one this, just clear out the waste pipe and the inside food filter and the outlet pump, also check the outlet where the pipe goes (under the sink?) its a simple blockage somewhere, if i have helped rate me, and work safe remove the plug etc

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. Check the drain hose for any visible clogging, remove if present. If no visible lint is present then remove then turn off the dishwasher and remove the drain hose and check for any visible clogging. If still not visible then the drain filter or drain pump is clogged and you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump.
Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn
