Hooking up pc to tv

I have tried hooking up my pc to the frt of my mitsubishi wd 62525 using a s-video but I get nothing. Help!!

You have to go into the graphics cards properties to make sure that clone is enabled to show the same as the pc on your tv, but to be honest svideo doesnt work very well because of refresh rate problems, if you can use the vga connection straight to the tv if you have a dvi port

My Mitsubishi wd-62525 tuner does not pick any tv signals.I turn the tv on tonight and got no picture be it hd or sd. pushed the reset button and still nothing. unplugged it over night and nothing changed,...

Probably not, however if you have a VCR you can use the A/V outputs and plug those into the A/V input of the TV then switch your TV to AV 1 and watch TV that way if you don't want to have it repaired. The RCA video cables only cost about $7.00, Home Depot or any electronics store will have them.

Since the set turns on and displays this message we can asume the set is working, so for the next step simply change inputs and see if something comes up, either there is nothing hooked to input 1 or the device hooked to input 1 is off or has failed
