Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
When attempting to synch my sansa with rhapsody 4 I continually get the error of: A problem has occured obtaining device certificate." I have followed all the steps I could find in order to fix this problem, but have not been successful.
It may be that you have to update your DRM component licenses on your PC. http://home.real.com/product/help/chandler/en/TS_error_Authorize,_License,_DRM_Rights.htm or, your Helix components may be damaged, or corrupt. http://reclisten.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/reclisten.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=6203 If either of those dont work. You should format the player to delete everything and re-transfer them to your device. If that doesnt resolve it, you might have to contact Rhapsody.
