Chewing gum throughout interior of clothes dryer

I unknowingly dried an article of clothing that had a pack of chewing gum in the pocket. Chewing gum is throughout the interior of the dryer. What is recommended to remove the chewing gum, and effectively and safely clean the dryer?

Is Chewing Gum Bad for your Teeth?
Chewing Gum is a very popular habit. Some people use it as a way of eating less, some use it as a teeth cleaning method after meals and some just like it.
But the question often asked is whether chewing gum helps or harms your teeth.
Professionals and dieticans all weigh-in with their opinions about the effects of chewing gum.
Here are some of the arguments:
Some studies show that gum stimulates the production of saliva which naturally washes the teeth, neutralizing acid which is the cause of cavaties.
Most chewing gums contain a sweetner of some kind. These can cause damage to the teeth, especially if you chew them often.
Artificially sweeteened chewing gum definately has a less damaging effect on teeth.
If you chew gum that is sweetened with sugar, the negative effects are cancelled out if you keep the gum in your mouth for a longer period of time.
In conclusion, opinions are divided over the benefits and downsides of chewing gum. If you are a regular gum chewer, make sure you use sugar free products and check with your dentist about any potential damage.

Dryer is not drying- wet lint in the filter

Maybe you have a dead animal, (mouse, rat etc) inside of unit. They could have died whilst chewing the wiring, hence the no heat problem. Take off the panel on the back of unit or tip it on it's side. You should be able to see the inner workings and anything else. If not, buy a new dryer, this one must be costing heaps to run.

LG TROMM DRYER DLE5977 Burning Smell

It is a POS dryer, we have the same one. My suggestion get another dryer. We vacuumed it all out (don't you have a problem with the lint catcher?) Then it started loud pounding noise, which a lot of people seem to have the same problem, then our sensor went out and we had to dry the clothes 5-10 x's...now crack in stainless steel drum and is chewing up all our expensive clothes!
