Question about Apple iPod touch
My cheap, but thoughtful brother bought me a used ipod touch last week. It had a passcode on it and after a few attempts locked and became disabled. I can not seem to restore it or anything without the passcode or the original computer it was synched too. I dont have either and am hoping to get it going before he sees it was a waste of money! I am now getting a bubble that says cannot retrieve download info. please connect to itunes...am I getting closer? theres gotta be a way, please help, thanks soo much
Hi, fortunately, this is an easy solution. You will lose all the content currently on the iPod.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
