Someone is giving me a second-hand Agfa 1212p scanner but I need to know if it is compatible with XP or not. I have heard it said that it is not. If so, is there any way around this?

no, it's not compatable, but sometimes the windows 2000 drivers are much the same as xp, it's worth a try
