Phone wont vibrate

ok i dont know if this solves the problem for good, but i do know that it solves temperately. I went to phone settings and set the ring tone profile to vibrate. then i kept pressing the play button until the squeaking went away. It seems as though once the little moter in the phone goes at a constant speed it stops squeeking. the squeaking stops for a good while and is better than nothing. Someone tell me if this works for them. thanks ;]
