Question about Acer Aspire™ T180 PC Desktop
When i turn it on it asks me if i want to start in safe mode or windows vista but when i choose either one it shows the system downloading then blacks out with a grey box saying imput not supported
There are many possible causes for this kind of problem. With Safe Mode not booting, though, the possible fixes become few. Your best bet is to put your Windows CD/DVD in the drive and reboot the system by turning it off and back on or hitting the reset button - hitting enter or CTL-ALT-DEL won't give you the kind of reboot you need.
As the system is rebooting, keep watch on the screen near the bottom - you *may* need to hit a key to get the computer to boot from the CD/DVD. Once it's started to boot from the CD/DVD, follow the prompts to re-install Windows.
If you get an option to format the drive, don't do it! Just choose to keep the file system unchanged.
