Here is some info I found on your TV:
That resistor is located on the CRT board of each gun. Ususally if an image is predominantly one color then that color gun has a bad 120k resistor on it's crt board.
Unplug the cable box for an hour, replug it back in.Should get the cable box to reboot to updated the softwares.Might work than,tv seem to have picture, somethings on the screen, words mean ur tv still works.
It could be that the picture tubes have gone down on emission, there is a prcedure that can be tried to bring up the overall brightness but it is just possible that you will loose some picture quality. If it's a 1994 projo tv i am thinking of the three crt system, a gray scale alignment would probably correct the dark condition in your picture, again depending on how far gone is the emission in your picture tubes, if your projo tv is the dlp system, the bad news is that you could be needing some light engine repair. The color adjustment is possible with the availability of a service manual or in the case of the dlp system, light engine repairs or replacement are available from some on line stores.
sounds like you have a bulb issue you should contact zenith and they will sell you the bulb and ship it out to you you might need a technician to install but i doubt you cant do it yourself
Chances are, if it's an older set, componants have changed value through use over time, which also includes the picture tubes and associated driver circuits. The way to compensate for this color drift is through adjustments. Either turn the red down a little, or turn the blue and/or green UP. Be carefull though as there are potentially dangerous voltages in and around the circuit boards and picture tubes.
