Problem with HP Color Copier 190

My copier just started doing this: When it's finished with the copy, it doesn't advance the paper far enough out so if falls into the tray. It holds onto the end of the paper and begins the new copy on the just finished copy. Or sometimes it will let go of the paper, but it will not fall completely into the tray and the copier will begin copying on the just finished copy. How can I fix this?

Can't find copy menu to take a copy of an address

May i know the printer/ copier model number to assist you better ?

The general rule is, If your printer is a Color printer, then it should have a button/option for COLOR copy.

If it does not have a button/option for Color that means it prints only in black.

Paper jams - we got copied from mom that passed away - no manual. We don't know what the symbols mean. Trying to score a manual but immediate problem is that paper stops feeding. Error message says there's...
Unfortunately, I can't direct you where to score a manual either. The jam in this case means that paper did not travel far enough into the copier within the correct amount of time. It is possible to clean the feed roller, (with enough patience) I suggest using IPA (rubbing alcohol). Hope this helps.

Staple problem

pull about 1 inch of staples out of the cartridge, tear off the 1 inch so new staples are flush with plastic cartridge. Reinstall and make 10 stapled sets. By the time it tries to staple set number 3 or 4 you should start to see the staples working. It could take as many as 8 or 9 sets for the staples to advance far enough. Once it staples you are all set/
