Error le STARTS AND RUNS STOPS ERROR CODE LE WATER DOES NOT DRAIN OUT

Please check that the level of the drain hose is not lower than the base of the washing machine.
Make sure the end of the drain hose is placed on the floor, and that it is not clogged.

Must be some sediment in the water level pressure hose. Blow out the sediment, reconnect the hos, pump out the water and retry. This is an lg washer. You may only need to set or reset the water level frequency. I have service manuals and notes HERE

Error code LE indicates that either the motor is not turning or has locked up for some reason. It can also be due to Hall sensor which monitors direction and speed of the motor. If the sensor is faulty then also this error appears. Motor lock can be caused by several things from a loose connector, to a bad motor. To make sure it's not a locked motor, try turning the drum with your hand. And, if there is any resistance while turning the drum or the drum doesn't move freely then the motor is locked and you'll need to get it replaced. If the motor seems to be fine then you would need to replace the Hall Sensor. To replace the hall sensor, take the back cover off. Take the big nut off and remove the motor rotor. Remove the bolts holding the motor windings. Remove the electric plug on the sensor and unclip it from the motor winding. --------------- Unplug the unit from main outlet.Then drain the water from the machine.By disconnecting the drain pump ,There will be too much water so be care full.If you disconnect the drain pump from drain hose to drain the water it will flow on you,so keep towels ready to soak the water. The LE error is saying that water is "leaking" out of the dishwasher before it is being intentionally pumped out. If you have checked underneath the unit for a real leak, then 99% of the time, your problem is related to a law of physics.

Follow the drain hose from underneath the dishwasher over to where it connects to the drain (normally the disposal) I bet you will find that the dishwasher is connected directly to that drain and not connected through an air gap. The hose is probably routed along the floor with no high point.

The drain hose must have a high point in it somewhere in the run so that a natural siphon does not get created and "pulls" the water out of the dishwasher while it is running.

Best way to fix it is to install a dishwasher air gap (almost free at any real hardware store) but you can also lift the hose and attach it somewhere to (under) the counter. That will prevent the LE error.

LE error means level error (the d/w fills up but the water drain out at the same time somehow). I had a case once where the drain hose at the back of the d/w was resting on the floor to drain underneath the cust house. problem is like any drain hose it has to GO UP FIRST and then down to the ground otherwise the gravity will push the water out as the d/w fills up hence the LE error.
