Question about Alpine CDA-9884 Car CD/ MP3 Player
I have an alpine cda-9884, an alpine hd radio unit, an alpine bt-400 and an ipod, which one do i hook my ipod up to hd radio unit or bt-400
Niether .... do you know what you have in hand? Both those extras costed someone some cash ... OK here it is: the CDA-9884 has a dedicated input for ipod (a KCE-422i cable is needed and comes with the new CDA-9884 in the box) ... The HD radio unit allows you to recieve new HD radio signals (digital radio, and stations that have it in your area may also have extra music streams like HD TV does). The bt-400 is a bluetooth adapter to use bluetooth enabled devices with such as a cell phone. If your ipod has bluetooth you could used the bt adapter but I suggest the KCE-422i cable instead, and check out the HD radio too, it's pretty cool.
