How I fixed my Samsung icemaker for refrigerator model RBLASH215.
I did a great deal of research about my problem but could not find anyone who reported the exact same problem.
The symptons:
Icemaker would not eject ice into the holding bin.
Water would flow into tray with ice and overflow into holding bin.
I identified the problem by pressing upward (hold up to 3 seconds to start the cycle) on the black reset button located at the bottom front of the icemake. I observed the cycle and could see a visible crack toward the back of the ice tray. The ice tray is made of plastic and is designed to flex which causes the ice to eject much like the manual plastic trays where you would turn upside down and twist. The motor turns the tray over and presses the ice tray stop causing it to flex the tray and hence eject the ice. With the crack, the tray no longer flexed.
Finding the part:
Wow, this took sometime as I did not want to order the wrong part. I saw two part numbers listed, DA63-02284A and DA63-02284A. I ordered both parts and as far as I could tell, they were identical to each other. Oh well, I now have a spare part.
How to replace:
It is easy once you have done it. Uplug the refrigerator. Remove the two screws at the front of the ice maker (get on the floor and look upward). Gently slide the icemaker forward about one inch and lower about 6 inches. Remove the wire electrical harness above the ice tray by squeezing the holding clip and then pulling downward. The icemaker can now be removed. Remove the motor by pressing down on the plastic holding clip and then slliding the motor outward. The ice tray is now accessible but you still need to remove the temperature sensor connected to tray (the sensor tells the icemaker when to begin the cycle of ejecting the ice and refilling with water). Install the temperature sensor to the new ice tray and insert the motor with the new ice tray. Install the icemaker back into the refrigerator.
I hope this helps.

Some reasons that also will affect the ice maker.
Defrost Problem
Modern refrigerators are designed to self defrost and it is essential to the airflow to have an evaporator coil that is clear for air movement. If the rear interior panel of the freezer has frost appearing, it is most likely a defrost problem and must be corrected before temperatures can be restored to normal.
Dirty condensor Coil
Check the condensor coils for lint and restrictions. It is located underneath the refrigerator and accessible from the rear. A dirty condensor coil will result in poor cooling, especially in the freezer.
Faulty Condensor Fan Motor
The condensor fan motor is found under the refrigerator near the compressor. This motor is essential to proper cooling. If the fan motor is not running, there will not be proper heat removal from the condensor and the result will be higher than normal temperatures in the freezer and usually in the fresh food section. Ensure the fan motor is running when the compressor is on.
Low Refrigerant Charge
If the unit has a low refrigerant change, the freezer will not reach proper temperatures.

Also please check the fill line if thats also frozen.

Ice maker bin indicator arm is stuck in the bin is full position

You should be able to move it gently to the lower position.  If it doesn't want to move don't force it.  Try shutting the ice maker off in case the arm is frozen in the up position.  After the ice maker defrosts a bit try again to move the arm gently.

Had the same problem, your ice maker is a known defect, insist they replace it. Don't expect heavy ice output -- our biggest complaint.
