Hello, go to my computer and right click. then select properties the you will see a tab marked hardware, then device manager. in the list click sound and video,game controllers. right click that and select scan for hardware changes, if that does not work- click the plus to expand the list and see if the sound device has a problem-it will be a yellow or red mark on it. or not listed at all. if yo know the brand you can download the driver. if you need further help, reply. good luck and please rate this solution.
