My dometic rv refrig is not working on electric

my dometic rv refrig is not working on electricity.
when it is cut on, the light comes on as if it is working.
after about 30 sec the gas igniter starts clicking. with the
gas off the check light comes on. if the gas is on the refrig
works fine.
