Question about Samsung SGH-D900 Cellular Phone

Help my husbands samsung slider was working fine last night then this mornig it would not do anything it would only call his vm when he slide it up and ni buttons will work please hepl he is out of town and really needs his phone

It sounds like the tracks have slipped. Unfortunately, there isn't anything that can be done at home. You need to take it to the retailer.

Hi. I have the same problem before with the same phone. I have my flex replaced. Flex is the slider ribbon. At first it will work when the phone is closed or the slider is down,but eventually it will worn out. The flex is very sensitive and it should not have any scratch but the thing is, since we need to slide the phone everytime we use it, this cannot be avoided. You have to bring your phone to the nearest samsung service location store and ask for replacement. :) This thing is a bit costly.

Get a plaster and stick one end to the back and pull with the other end!!!!!!!!!!!!!It works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
