Question about Dell Latitude C610 Notebook
The CD drive won't read or play a CD. It spins when I put in a disc so the unit is powered. The hardware manager says the driver is bad, but when I go on-line and reinstall, it says it is up to date. I get error code 31.
Try uninstalling it, then reboot to let windows automatically install and reconfigure the device. Usually the windows native drivers are all that's needed.
