Paper jam that tells me to 'remove rear access door' and I don't know how to do that

I have a paper jam in my 6210 All in One printer because I used Avery labels for inket printer and it ripped and left jam. Tells me to remove rear access door and I can't figure out how

Clear the jam from the back of the All-in-One CAUTION: Do not try to clear a paper jam from the front of the product. Pulling the paper from the front of the product rotates the paper feed roller in the wrong direction and can damage the print mechanism.

  1. Press the Power button (Paper jam that tells me to 'remove rear access doo - c01476163.gif ) to turn off the product.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
Press in the tab on the left side of the rear access door to release the door. Remove the door by pulling it away from the product.

Hi,

Turn off the printer

Remove the Rear Access door
Clean the collers ( upwards ) with lint free cloth.
Close the Door.

Scuffle the papers in tray and place them

Try to make copy or print.

While printing 2 or 3 lines it shows paper jam message. Can't print even a page!!!

  1. Turn off the HP product and turn it so the back of the unit faces you.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the all-in-one. The power cord must be disconnected to allow the paper feed rollers to turn freely.
  3. Locate and open the rear access door by pressing in on the left side tab and then pulling the door toward you. ·Locate the rear access door and then open it by turning the dial counter-clockwise and then pulling the door toward you.
·Inspect the pressure rollers on the rear access door and verify that they are clean and turn freely. Clean the rollers if needed with a soft towel lightly moistened with water. If the rollers do not turn freely, replace the rear access door.
