Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
My ipod wont turn on. i plug it in and nothing. ive tried taking te hard drive out and still nothing.
Wow, dont take the 80gb hd out unless you planning to upgrade the hd to 120 or more.
but you can try this.plug your ipod up to pc. if itunes come up x out. go to my computer copy the software and hidden software from ipod to pc hard drive. format the ipod (yes this will clear your ipod), once finished copy the software back to ipod from pc. starting fresh and new, your music/video is on itunes, so open itunes (make sure itunes is up to date) sync itunes to ipod . now you have your old brand new ipod again
tell me how you did.........

1. Open iTunes.
2. Connect iPod.
3. Click on your iPod, and click Restore.
This should solve it as it restores the original software, note, all data will be erased.
If this does not help: Call APPLE.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
