Question about Dell Dimension 1100 PC Desktop
I have 4 USB drivers on the back and 1 in front (all 2.0). I was using 3 on the back (one for wireless internet, one for a webcam & one for the keyboard). This week I installed an all in one printer and when I plug it to one of the unused USB drivers, my internet connection gets lost. So to use the printer I must be offline which is crazy. I tried every combination of the 5 total drivers I have and nothing worked. Any ideas why is this happening and how to solve it?
USB has 5v of power it sounds like your devices are draining it. Your best bet would be to purchase a USB hub that has a power unit. (they sell them with and without so becarefull) So a simple powered USB hub should solve this issue.
