Question about Canon PIXMA MP170 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I would suggest you have a foreign object that has entered the paper feed path. Tip the machine on its back and give a tap or two. You may even here something rolling around as you tip it back. If you can't get it out you may have to remove the covers to get better access. Try http://www.TheServiceManualShop.com for a service manual if you are not sure how to remove the covers.
