Question about Hoover SteamVac Carpet/Upholstery Deep Cleaner Vacuum
It's more than likely that you have to clean the brush and its mounts mainly from hair, but also other dirt. Then it should be fine. You might want to disassemble the piece to get a better access, but only if you are confident, because it's important to be able to reassemble it, too. :) You might also find it helpful to pour a few drops of drain-cleaner into the mounts and letting it work for a few hours then rinse with water(only the mounts!), dry off with a cloth and try running it.
