Have you checked the backlight setting in the menu options? It may have accidently been shut off without you being aware of it. Also in the future if you do happen to get an electronic device wet, you can leave it completely covered in a DRY bowl of rice over night to help pull any remaining moisture from it's circuit boards. :)

I dropped my phone in water but icked it up right

Remove the battery and immerse both the phone and the battery in dry uncooked rice for three days. This is the only cheap way to dry everything out. After the three days put the battery back in the phone and it should be OK

My 4 GB Nano was washed and dried, And will not turn on at all.

Well, you need to take the face cover off and make sure all the internal wires are still connected. If they are make sure they are dry and let it air out with the cover off. If it still doesnt work, then you have a broken ipod and you will have to send it to the factory and they will fix it for a small cost

The black light in my ipod doesn't work after it got wet?

ok so thats what exactly what happened to me same i pod ... everything except for the circles what u need to do is bring it to the apple store and tell them what happened and the light might have eather burned out, the water got into it and shorted out, or it got disconnected when it was bouncing arround in the washer and/or dryer. so they should be able to fix it and get out the spots from cleaning it when they take it appart. I Hope this helped!

The screen won't light up on my ipod, but

Unfortunately there is no solution since the water has messed up the LCD. Have you tried going to settings and check if the back light option is on?

The select button on my ipod nano doesn't work.

have you tried resetting it in itunes? Plug you ipod into your computer and go to ipod settings and reset it from within itunes. Your library will still be within itunes so you can add the music back to your ipod when you have finished.

I hope this helps

Wheel and buttons not working

theres possibly some water in there, Id recommend takeing the ipod apart and drying very carefully so there is no water anywhere. you can use a hairdryer also.

but thats after you have the circuitboards and others apart, make sure you dont break anything while opening

Repair ipod

If the iPod was on, and fell in the pool, then probably not. If it wasn't I would let it dry out, use a hairdryer and blow the water out through the cracks (and headphone and docking jack) and let it sit for a few days. Try to use it then. Since the warranty doesn't cover it, i'm sorry if it won't work.
