Question about Insignia 19 in. Widescreen Flat-Panel LCD HDTV
Everything was working fine, then I disconnected my laptop from the inisgnia LCD and it wont reconnect? How do you fix this
Depending on what kind of laptop you have, your button may look different. Look at the Function keys (all those keys up at the top that have F's in front of them) and see if there is another colored symbol on any of them. You should find a colored symbol that looks like a rectangular monitor.
Press another key toward the bottom of your keyboard that probably says "Fn" or some other kind of "Function" key - not Alt, Ctrl, or Shift. Hold that Fn key down while you press the first key you found that looks like a monitor. That will change your laptop video output mode between several different modes like: laptop LCD panel only; LCD panel and external monitor; and external monitor only.
