iTunes music is typically in the AAC format. The Polaroid PMP80-2 only recognizes MP3 and WMA formats. Go to iTunes Preferences and change the Import Setting to use the MP3 encoder, then go back to your library, highlight the songs you want to add to the PMP80-2, go up to Advanced, and down to Create MP3 version. Move just those versions over to the PMP80-2, and you should be fine

If it's email pictures then you need to download them separately. by clicking the attachment. HTC mail usually shows more content from an email than the gmail widget does.

my scroll bar does the same thing sometimes, it moves up and down uncontrolably without me doing anything. i just recomend restarting and making sure the connections are all right. after i did that it seemed to work fine, but maybe if it keeps happening then you may need to replace it!!
