I have left my power supply for a wd2500e032 in another country but need to use it now. I believe that it is 12V but not sure of the polarity. please can you tell me this. thanks
It usually wont hurt if the polarity is not right. Most electronic device have a diode to protect it from reverse polarity. Make sure that it needs 12V. If you put higher voltage than what it needs that is what will damage it.
