Does reverting to factory settings loose all your docs.

your operating system is stored on your c:/ drive so yes you lose any data on it at faif you find a program that will do a deep search of your hard drivectory restore, always store on a different drive, or partition your c to add another drive, ther is some recover software out that might retrieve some documents and photos that are still actually on the c drive , restoring does not mean you cant find them,

When turning my camera on, it reads on the screen, to reinsert my memory card back in. i cant take pictures nor can i view them on the camera or on the computer or on the tv....does that mean ive lost the...

I have had success with this... Download the program

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS5 cant upload photos!!

Did your friend use the "safely remove hardware" function when removing your card from her computer? That could corrupt your card if she didn't. Try this...take your card to a store like Walmart that has a Kodak picture kiosk. They can usually read everything on a card. There, you can print the pics or even make a cd of them. Afterwards, format your card in your camera.

Not supported means that ur phone doesnt support that extension

check the phone manual
does it support all kind of formats like .jpg .jpeg .bmp .png etc............
also find out the resolution that ur phone supports
if the resolution of the photo exceeds than it supports then this error appears

also there may be a chance of virus in ur mobile. checkout

ERROR MESSAGE: Corrupted CompactFlash card.

Storing digital picture information to a CompactFlash card (as when a digital image is taken) is similar to storing data on the hard drive of a computer -- if the process is stopped or interrupted, the information stored is not complete and, therefore, "corrupts" the storage media. A computer will display a warning message indicating that the hard drive has errors, while a camera will display a message indicating the memory card is corrupted. The CompactFlash card corruption can be caused by: * Turning off the camera power before the photo information is completely stored on the card. * Removing the card before the photo information is completely stored on it. * Taking a second picture before the camera has finished storing the previous picture. * Camera batteries that are near the end of their life and need to be replaced. Once a CompactFlash card is corrupted, it can be used again only by performing a Format procedure. IMPORTANT! When a CompactFlash card is re-formatted, any pictures stored on it will be lost forever and cannot be recovered.
