Is your phone service through your ISP?

Sounds like a problem with their hardware, I'd demand a ATT tech right away.

Yamaha RX-V575 sound issue

try other sound settings first, eg music, stadium, games, all the other sound options. if same results your centre speaker could be gone. or you need to increase the volume of the centre speaker in setting mode. do this first before assuming the speaker is no good. hope this helps

Alot of static or interference through speakers

Check all leads are plugged in the right spots and are in good condition. Sometimes "static" is caused by plugs not connecting properly.

Static sound

Try a CD cleaning kit and follow instructions if this fails it is more cost effective to replace the CD changer than have it repaired.

My computer speakers have a staticy/scratchy noise coming from them, and it' loud as heck. My speaker just all of a sudden got really noisy. I can only describe it as a static or a scratchy sound. It gets...

Turn off you computer and pull out your sound card if it is external. Then plug it back in the same hole. It may just be loose. If this does not help try another card. If you have a built in sound card try installing updated drivers for it from the manufacturers web site.

Static noise coming out of speakers

What sort of computer do you have? Is it a laptop or desktop? Many laptops have this problem and it is quite widespread in laptops. The crackling or humming noise could be a result of interference from the mains power signal.

If it's a laptop, try running it on battery alone (take out the mains power cord). My laptop has this kind of noise in speakers when running on mains electrical supply, but it goes away like magic when I run it on battery.

A more long-term solution is to buy a 'Ground Loop Isolator' and insert it between your computer and the speakers/earphones. They are quite cheap and you could get it for under £10. It removes all static noise and you'll hear crystal clear sound.

Pioneer VSX-D85OS very loud static through speakers.

Its over heating no cheap fix. But wait if u buy an eternal fan n place it on top or behind it will do the trick. Try blowing on top when static happens n sound comes back on.
