Question about RCA Pearl TH1102 MP3 Player
Hello there. I love my mp3 player and I can't live without my music so I really need your help. I have had this player for over a year now and have had no problems until recently. All of the sudden, my player will not play artists that begin with the letters L through Z. I have cleared all the music files and put them back on and updated my player from the RCA website.
Nothing works. Basically, the artist folders will appear on my computer that they are on the device, yet, on my mp3 player the folders remain empty. Maybe I am missing something. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you.
If you used the 2.0 version firmware this should restore the firmware and you would need to reload the music files. Not sure if there is a master reset or clear but if there is, do it then reload the firmware and reload the music files. Make sure that all the files you are putting on are ok.
This is all I see, it is listed under update but this is not an update, this is the firmware that runs the player,so make sure that you are installing it the exact way that any instructions say.
