Question about Apple iPod touch Second Gen (8 GB, MB528LL/A) Digital Media Player
My son just put a passcode on his ipod and when he tried to get on it said invalid. i have tried a ton of options but it keeps locking me out. can i call apple and have it reset or is there a way to get rid of passcode. i have receipt and box.
Put it in DFU mode while connected to the computer. to do this, hold the home and power buttons for 10 seconds and then let go of the power but keep on holding the home for 10 secs. the screen will be black and nothing will show up. go to itunes and click on your ipod on the left. then click restore. this should work.
