Question about Hotpoint Ultima WF865 Front Load Washer
Wf 865 does not seem to be heating the water up and also when on program it gets all the way to 1 min to go and then just sits there for hours until we switch it off manually .
The cycle does not advance because the temp sensor does not detect enough temperature.
The heating element must be tested using a multimeter , and eventually replaced.
Usually the element is the problem, if element is fine, the temp sensor and the timer control must be checked.
