My kodak easy share z1275 wont power on. I have bought new batteries but it still wont power on

Camera turned on for second, then automatically shuts off. Lens will not retrack or shutter close. Batteries replaced(2 lithium AA) but no change. I cannot transfer photos to computer--computer states it cannot retrieve info from the camera. Kodak
